Keep your news flowing
Do you need someone to take over the reins of your newspaper while you have a break?
Or someone to help out when other key staff are absent?
I’ve recently sold my local paper in Kiama, The Bugle, and am now available to work as a locum for independent papers – when and where needed.
To test out the concept of being a local news locum, I offered my services to Lee O’Connor of the Coonamble Times. Lee and I met and became friends through Country Press NSW, and both of us judged the trial as a success.
I have a demonstrated ability to rise to challenges, rapidly learn new skills to high standard for the benefit of my role, and work productively with a wide range of people.
